Questions
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera, type their email and name, and their card appears on their phone as a page they can open any time.
Do I need special hardware for the cashier?
No. Any phone or tablet with a web browser becomes a cashier device once you register it from your dashboard.
How long does setup take?
Under two minutes: business name, phone, email, business type, and a logo if you want. Then your card and printable QR code are ready.
Can I change the reward later?
Yes. Edit the card and reward any time from your dashboard, and your customers' current balances are kept.
Does the card go into Apple or Google Wallet?
Not yet. For now the card is a page on the customer's phone; wallet support is on our roadmap.
Who can see my customers' data?
Only you and your team, according to the permissions you give each person. Customers can see and delete their own data from their account.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. SAR 34.5 a month is the final amount including VAT.
