This page explains, in plain words, what Zidha collects, why, where it is stored, and who sees it.
What we collect
From the shop owner: their name, email and mobile number, and the shop details they enter (name, business type, logo, address, branches and staff).
From the shop's customers: their name and email, their mobile number and birthday if entered, and the visits, points and rewards recorded on their card.
If you subscribe: your plan, its length, the amount and payment date, and the transfer receipt if you paid by bank transfer.
If you write to us from the contact page: your name, your email or mobile, and your message.
If you start signing up and don't finish: your mobile number and your business name and type, so we can contact you and help you finish. They are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Your network address (IP) is turned into a one-way code that can't be turned back into the address, to block spam messages and requests. We don't keep the address itself.
What we use it for
To run the service: cards, visits, rewards, reports and subscriptions.
To contact you about your account or reply to your message.
We don't sell any data, and we don't use it for anyone else's ads.
The shop's customer data
A shop's customer data belongs to the shop owner. We store it and use it to run the service for them only, and we don't share it with anyone.
Where it is stored and who helps us
Supabase: the database, sign-in and files (such as logos and transfer receipts). Servers in Mumbai, India.
Vercel: hosting the site, with servers in Mumbai, India.
Resend: sending email (sign-in codes, alerts and messages), from servers in Ireland.
Meta Pixel: Meta's ad measurement tool, on the landing page and sign-up pages only, so we know whether our ads reach people. We don't send it your name, email or mobile.
Paymob: the online payment gateway. Your payment card details are entered with Paymob directly; we never see or store them. We only receive the payment result: whether it succeeded, the amount and the date.
Each of these companies uses the data only to provide its part of the service.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Meta Pixel uses cookies on the landing page and sign-up pages only.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Send your request to msomalak@gmail.com, or WhatsApp +20 150 580 9740.
Customers can also see their data and delete their account themselves from their account page.

If we change anything in this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
